JoAnn DeBartolo is a native of Central New Jersey. As a young girl, she spent many of her summers at the Jersey shore with her family, as such; she acquired a great love for the ocean and beach.  JoAnn attended Arizona State University majoring in criminal justice. JoAnn then moved to San Diego, CA and started her own direct mail advertising company.  After building the business into the largest independent direct mail business in San Diego County, she sold the company.  JoAnn was then recruited by Samsung Electronics to be their print media buyer for Samsung's in-house advertising agency. JoAnn's responsibilities included, ad placements in magazines such as Fortune and Forbes, as well as many Conde' Nast publications. When the dot-com bubble burst, JoAnn decided to leave Samsung and get into the real estate business. While working as a Realtor in Los Angeles, JoAnn received awards for having the most listings and the most closed sales in her office as well as the coveted Crystal Sales Achievement Award.  JoAnn relocated to Naples, Florida to pursue her real estate career in paradise and joined John R. Wood Properties.  JoAnn has many interests including her love for horses.  She is an accomplished English Equestrian rider and show jumper.  Additionally, JoAnn is an avid tennis player.  JoAnn is also involved in politics; currently, she is the Collier County Chairwoman for the Donald J.
