Gary brings over 22 years of experience as a licensed Real Estate Broker to his clientele. Prior to moving to Southwest Florida in 2001, Gary was a licensed Broker in New York City where he became a Coop, Condo, and Townhouse specialist on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Gary also worked as the Marketing Director for CB Hunt Kennedy in New York City, giving him a strong understanding of how to effectively showcase listed properties.

Gary is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor and has taught for the Fort Myers School of Real Estate, Naples School of Real Estate, and area Local Board of Realtors, which is a testament to the breadth of his knowledge about real estate law, contracts, and negotiation best practices. He has been teaching Sales Associate licensing, Brokers licensing, and Post licensing classes since 2007.
