With Independence Day just around the corner, this is a weekend of celebration and remembrance in Naples.
We all look forward to fun parades, spectacular fireworks displays, and delicious food cooked on the barbecue. It is these traditions that make the holiday weekend special. But we also need to remember those who have made this day possible for us — our military veterans who gave the supreme sacrifice.
We also need to take a moment to acknowledge and support those who continue to fight today. Send them your thoughts and prayers.
