According to a news report by WINKnew.com, high end home sales are selling. WINK News recently got a peek inside a Port Royal home that is on the market for $14 million.
The report also stated that Real estate experts here think that high-end homes are selling well because the real estate market across the country is improving and winter visitors are now able to sell their homes up north and then buy their forever home in Naples.
From single-family homes in Port Royal to high-end condos on Gulf Shore Boulevard, the opportunity to own a high-end home in Naples is dwindling because of decreasing inventory.
In March of 2007, there were more than 12,000 available properties in the Naples area. Now, that number is about half.According to the Naples Area Board of REALTORS (NABOR) single family homes in the $2 million plus range increased 50% from this time last year.
