Luxury homes sales in Naples, Florida on the rise

Since 2009, more than 800 homes priced at $1 million and above have been sold in the Naples market according to statistic from the Sunshine Multiple Listing Service. That’s about a 45% increase over the previous 16-month period.
Experts believe that as the economy improves and baby boomers once again start looking for their retirement destinations, Florida will continue to be a major beneficiary. The Bureau for Economic and Business Research estimates that as many as 1.3 million baby boomers will relocate to Florida in the next 20 years.
The allure of South Florida has not decreased! If you’re looking for that retirement or vacation home destination in Naples, now is the time to buy.
