Ed Ferguson, originally from Bloomington, Illinois, brings his 35 years of banking experience to the Florida real estate market. During his banking career, he specialized in the financing of residential and commercial real estate developments. He worked closely with individual homeowners, builders and developers and earned their trust while providing excellent service in a respectful, courteous and professional manner.
Ed and Karen, his wife of 40 years, raised their three sons and are now enjoying watching their two granddaughters grow and learn. Ed enjoys boating, kayaking, biking, pickleball and is learning to fish.
