Representing Southwest Florida homeowners and future homeowners, Jonathan Guevara is committed to listening to his customers' needs and utilizing his keen negotiation skills to ensure a successful transaction. A native Floridian, Jonathan understands the numerous tangible benefits of living in this glorious state, with its unmatched weather, culture, and diversity.

Prior to entering real estate, Jonathan worked at private country clubs for over 17 years. Drawing upon that experience, he is committed to building the trust of his buyers and sellers every day and exceeding their expectations. With his tenure and experience in the country club industry, Jonathan has engrained a relentless focus on quality and excellence that can be transferred to providing world-class service and understanding the needs and goals of his customers.

Outside of real estate, Jonathan enjoys being outdoors, on the water with his beautiful family or finding a new hiking trail to explore alongside his wife. He is a certified member of the Court of Master Sommeliers, which he considers one of his biggest achievements, and enjoys the art of wine. Jonathan is also fluent in Spanish.
