Veronique Pascual

Originally from Montpellier, France, Veronique relocated to Naples from California in 1992.  She is a graduate of the University of Montpellier and the University of California, Santa Cruz and holds a Master’s Degree in English and American Studies.  Veronique speaks French, English and Spanish.

For Nearly 30 years, Veronique has exceeded expectations in real estate sales.  Her productivity and results orientated marketing has led to numerous awards.  Veronique's wonderful run in Real Estate success started in Naples at the Quail West Golf and Country Club and Sterling Oaks.  Sales Success is contagious...She was recruited to the beach by the developer of Luxury Waterfront Condominium community of Waterside at Bay Beach.  What a move! Veronique was Top Sales Associate for 14 years!

After winning four times the National Association of Home Builders Award and Lee Building Industry Association Platinum Pinnacle Award, plus two-times winning the Sales Person of the Year Pinnacle Award, she took on helping her clients sell what she had sold them.

Now Veronique is one of the most recommended agents on the beach and has built a robust referral business. A yearly top 10 finisher, she was the #1 Ft. Myers beach producer in 2012 and 2015, #1 in her firm in 2011, and received Top Sales Double Diamond Award in 2017 and 2018 in her firm! Currently at John R. Wood Properties on Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

She attributes her success to a business built on Trust, Honesty, Hard Work and a lot of After Sale Customer Service to her clients.

When Veronique is not selling she enjoys scuba diving, traveling, reading, pets and supporting non-profits, especially our Veterans.
