Cynthia Miles

Cynthia is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts in Boston.  She received her BS in English and Education, and used her degree to springboard herself into the world of business in a Fortune 500 company.  After serving as a Global Account Executive for 15 years at FedEx initially in the US Division, then later in Latin America & Caribbean,  Cynthia came to Naples and began her career as a REALTOR with John R Wood Properties.  Her experience managing  high level customer relationships, analyzing data, and negotiating contracts within the top tier FedEx Global Accounts makes Cynthia highly proficient in all aspects of  buying and selling in the luxury market.   Cynthia is known for providing the ultimate Customer Experience.  She takes great pride in truly wowing her customers and creating Raving Fans forever.

In 2018 Cynthia was awarded the Naples Board of REALTORS Circle of Excellence award, the Sotheby’s Bronze award for high volume, and the Women’s Council of Realtors  Top Producer Award (2018 & 2020). She is married with 2 boys ages 16 and 13.  In her free time, Cynthia is a fitness/figure competitor, runner, and manages the statistics on her son’s baseball teams.  She is an enthusiastic Boston Red Sox fan/ New England Patriots fan, and loves a fine bottle of cabernet.
