After three decades of selling real estate in West Michigan and many years of visiting Southwest Florida, Gary’s relocation to the Gulf Coast was a natural evolution. Gary previously co-founded and operated West Michigan’s premier high-end residential development company, and as a luxury homes developer for most of his career, completed and marketed 17 communities in the area. A graduate of Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan with a BA in Economics, Gary has made a career of navigating economic trends and changing markets to thrive in general brokerage and real estate development.
