Milt joined the real estate industry in SW Florida over 20 years ago. During that time, he developed a vast working knowledge of the market for both buyers and sellers. Much of that time was spent working for one of the area's most successful developers of golf course communities, and as a result, Milt is intimately aware of what to look for and also what to be wary of when picking a luxury community.
