Tom Walsh, a former Ohio State Senator and garden center owner/operator, has been an active Realtor since coming to Naples in 1985. Focused on the community, he has been involved in several community service organizations such as Economic Development, where he served as Vice Chair, charged with developing growth management elements. In the early 2000's Tom was appointed by the Florida Supreme Court to serve as a lay member of the Unlicensed Practice of Law Committee who answered directly to the Court. Tom served for two years.
During his continuing career in real estate, he has been a managing broker for two real estate brokerage companies. From 1999 to 2010, he owned and operated his own real estate brokerage, Walsh Real Estate Services, Inc. Tom, an active member of NABOR, has serviced on several committees as well as being called to the grievance committee for his assistance from time to time.
Tom and his wife, Marcy, a former active realtor, have been married for 50 years. They have 4 children, 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren living all around the country. Tom and Marcy enjoy traveling in their motorhome to visit them when possible.
