Bocka to Serve as Sales Manager of Soon to Open Broad Avenue Office

July 25, 2019 (Naples, FL) – John R. Wood Properties, the leading real estate brokerage in Southwest Florida, announced today the addition of Paul Bocka to the management team. Bocka will lead the Broad Avenue office, which is scheduled to open sometime in August, serving as Sales Manager and mentor to several dozen real estate agents expected to operate out of the new location.

Bocka is a retired Police Sergeant having proudly served in his hometown of Rochester for over twenty years. He began his real estate career in 2001 first practicing sales in the Finger Lakes Region of Western New York, followed by management roles that included Regional Vice President and Sales Manager for Howard Hanna Real Estate in New York State, and subsequently as Managing Broker for two Michael Saunders & Company offices in Sarasota.

Bocka is a graduate of the State University of New York, College at Brockport, as well as the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia. Paul and his wife Theresa have five adult children together whom they enjoy boating and spending time with on the beautiful Gulf waters and Southwest Florida beaches.
