Originally a "Midwest Girl" growing up in Columbus, Ohio, Karen Kahle moved to Naples, Florida over 20 years ago and considers it "home." Her professional career includes 20 years of experience in corporate Human Resources, including roles as Head of Talent Acquisition for Simon Property Group, Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition for ACI Worldwide, and Managing Director of Executive Search for Korn Ferry International. Karen left the corporate world to pursue a passion for real estate, joining the John R. Wood Patrick Dearborn Team in 2020. Karen's strong background in building relationships with her clients and making perfect matches lends well to the real estate field. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Miami University and a Master's Degree from The Ohio State University.

Karen loves living in Naples and appreciates everything that this amazing town in tropical paradise has to offer! In her spare time, she enjoys dining al fresco at her favorite local establishments, taking in sunsets on the beach, spoiling her Havanese pups (Atticus, Boo & Radley), and spending time with her son, Grayson, who was a decorated athlete at The Community School of Naples and now plays football for Denison University in Granville, Ohio.
