With over 35 years of award-winning real estate experience, Jim Scartz believes his job is to provide clients with personalized service, not just to make a sale. He has competently guided buyers and sellers through well over 1,000 transactions and as a previous owner/manager, managed thousands of transactions overall.
Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Jim has a B.S. degree in Finance from The Ohio State University. He has proudly built his real estate following by earning the confidence of and diligently serving the real estate needs of his buyers and sellers. Jim joined John R. Wood Christie's International Real Estate in 1999.
