Tade Bua-Bell is a highly accomplished Broker Associate and Team Leader with John R. Wood Properties | Christie’s International Real Estate, known for her entrepreneurial spirit and deep roots in the real estate industry. Attended Arizona State University, Founding member of Alpha Phi Sorority at ASU. 

Tade launched her real estate career in Pennsylvania, where she was a licensed broker/manager with Coldwell Banker Realty for 15 years. In 2005, she relocated to Naples, Florida, where she, her husband Brad, and their son Trent have made their home in the prestigious community of Mediterra, having lived in three different neighborhoods over the past 20 years.

In 2007, Tade partnered with her mother, Emily K. Bua, to form The Bua Bell Group—a leading luxury real estate team consistently recognized as the number one team at John R. Wood and among the Top 50 REALTORS® nationwide year after year. Their team has earned a reputation for excellence, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to their clients throughout Southwest Florida's luxury market.

Tade’s impressive credentials include serving on the Board of Directors at John R. Wood Properties, holding designations as a Luxury Real Estate Specialist and Senior Housing Specialist, and being named one of Naples Illustrated’s Top Naples 100 Influential People for four consecutive years. She is also a member of Greater Naples Leadership Class XXIX and serves in several community leadership roles, including as a Board Member of the Mediterra Neighborhood HOA, the Mediterra United Way, and the Foundation Board at Youth Haven.

Philanthropy has always been a guiding principle in Tade’s life, instilled in her by her mother. She has contributed her time, resources, and leadership to a wide range of charitable organizations and initiatives across Southwest Florida. Her community involvement includes serving on the United Way Capital Campaign for Collier and Lee Counties, acting as an original guild member for the Golisano Children’s Museum of Naples (C’MON), and supporting organizations such as PAWS Assistance Dogs, the Community School of Naples, Youth Haven, and The Women’s Shelter, among many others.
