Biography Teresa Barry Kinkead

Teresa Barry Kinkead has loved transferring the skills she learned as Vice President of her family’s manufacturing, packaging and distribution business in Ohio into her real estate career. Her first priority is her relationship with her clients and that translates into customer service and satisfaction excellence.

Teresa moved to Florida in 2015 and has loved every minute of living in the Sunshine State. Real estate has given her the opportunity to see, learn about, and explore all over the Southwest Florida area, providing a wealth of knowledge for the people she is helping. Helping people has been her favorite part of the real estate business.

Teresa has been active in a variety of philanthropic positions including the Board of Directors for her local hospital, School Board President, Girl Scouts of America Board, Soroptimist President, and most recently, President of The Bonita Springs Newcomers Club. She is also active in her church. She holds a degree in business and economics from Muskingum University.

Teresa and her husband, John, are the parents of six children, now scattered across the country and have five beautiful grandchildren.
