Born & raised in Medford, NJ, Jill made her way to Naples in 2003 after lifelong family vacations to nearby Sanibel & Captiva sparked a love of Southwest Florida's Paradise Coast. Jill learned early on in life that her passion and joys were found in her work ethic and from overcoming challenges. She has been a high-achiever in numerous capacities from MVP accolades & leadership roles in school athletics to a consistent top performer throughout her sales career. In 1994, Jill graduated Houghton College with a Therapeutic Recreation degree and quickly found success stemming from her overwhelming empathy and a call to care for the elderly. In 1998 She set out to venture into a sales career for which she experienced much accomplishment. She brings to the Dixon Team her business savvy, marketing, and technology experience taking all of The Dixon Team's listings into the new realm of marketing across the internet with an active social media and web presence for Simon's customers. In her spare time she loves the Naples beaches, boating, reading, and watching movies, but her favorite thing is spending time with their daughter Emma and husband Simon.
