Lesley Colantonio is a rare Florida native — born in Orlando, raised in the Sarasota area, and proud to have called Naples home for over 39 years. With deep roots in Southwest Florida, she understands and truly appreciates the many unique benefits of living in this beautiful region — from its stunning beaches and natural beauty to its rich culture, exceptional shopping, and renowned dining scene.

As a proud member of John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate, Lesley brings the values of hard work, integrity, and exceptional client service to every aspect of her business. She believes her role goes beyond simply helping clients buy or sell — it is about educating and supporting them throughout the entire process, ensuring they can make informed and confident decisions.

Before transitioning into real estate, Lesley spent nine fulfilling years with Make-A-Wish Southern Florida, serving in roles such as Senior Special Events Coordinator and Senior Donor Services Coordinator, in addition to volunteering as a Wish Granter. She continued her nonprofit journey at Naples Botanical Garden, where she served as Development Events Manager for two years.

Lesley is a proud mom to her son, Dominic, who is 21 and currently studying Finance at the University of South Florida, where he also plays on the club lacrosse team. At home, she is kept on her toes by Teddy, her energetic Aussiedoodle.

Outside of her work with clients, Lesley stays active on her fitness journey — training with a personal coach twice a week and enjoying neighborhood walks with a close friend. She is also passionate about giving back to her community, proudly serving on the board of PACE Center for Girls, Inc., and volunteering with several local nonprofit organizations.
