Susan Wiendczak is living proof that nursing and real estate go hand in hand. As a former nurse, the same qualities given to patient care of dedication, dependability, compassion, trust, honesty and the ability to navigate the most challenging situations is now given to her clients. Helping people has always been at the heart of her life and real estate has been in her DNA. Her father’s successful career that began in a remarkable way, as a WWII fighter pilot turned flight instructor who traded flying lessons for real estate training, was an inspiration from a young age. His journey led him to found Spartan Realty on the North Shore of Massachusetts, serve as President of the Board of REALTORS® and become a founder of MLS. Following in his footsteps was always a dream that became a reality when moving to Naples, Florida with her husband Chris.
