He is the former President of the Colorado Auctioneers Association and served as a Director of Education for the National Auctioneers Association (NAA). While Steven now focuses exclusively on conventional residential listings and sales, his background as a Master Auctioneer (AARE) provides his clients with a distinct "Negotiator's Edge." He possesses a sophisticated understanding of market psychology and urgency skills he translates into traditional real estate to ensure his sellers command the highest possible market value.

As one half of the "Steve & Lesley" team at John R. Wood Christie's International Real Estate, Steven provides a "high-touch" service model.
