Lesley Rose brings a distinguished background in executive leadership and community service to the Southwest Florida real estate market. Originally from the Rocky Mountain region, Lesley's early career was dedicated to the "family business" of education. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Mathematics from Colorado Mesa University, her drive for impactful leadership led her to a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Colorado Denver.

Before transitioning to real estate, Lesley served as a principal and later as a key administrator for Mesa County School District 51. Overseeing elementary schools for a district of over 22,000 students, she honed the organizational precision and negotiation skills that now define her real estate practice.

Since moving to Southwest Florida 11 years ago, Lesley has become a top-tier performer in the industry. A consistent Million Dollar Award winner since 2020, she earned the prestigious Platinum status in 2025.

Partnering with her husband, veteran auctioneer and Realtor Steve Hunt, Lesley forms one half of Team Steve & Lesley. Together, they have closed hundreds of transactions across the Burnt Store Corridor, spanning from Punta Gorda to Cape Coral, and stretching from Naples to Sarasota. Their signature philosophy-"We don't just put up real estate signs "-reflects a comprehensive "concierge-style" service, assisting clients with personal property appraisals, moving coordination, and repair oversight.

Community Involvement & Personal Life

Lesley is a cornerstone of the Burnt Store community, frequently organizing local golf tournaments, community concerts, and large-scale fundraising events. Alongside Steve, she actively participates in numerous charity auctions throughout Southwest Florida, proving her commitment to the region's growth.

While she misses the Colorado mountains, Lesley frequently travels back to Denver and Grand Junction to visit her son, daughter, and three grandchildren. When she isn't assisting buyers and sellers, she enjoys the vibrant Florida lifestyle that she and Steve now call home.
