A Minnesota native and graduate of UMD, LaRae spent 30 years visiting her parents' Southwest Florida home, developing a deep appreciation for the area long before permanently trading sub-zero wind chills for Florida sunshine. Now a full-time resident, she brings her signature Midwestern work ethic, warmth, and determination to every client interaction.

With three decades of advertising agency and marketing leadership experience and having owned an interior décor business, LaRae serves clients with a unique blend of business savvy, creativity, and practical insight. After heading Project Management and Production/Buying departments of an international loyalty and hotels enterprise, she built a successful independent consultant career, helping clients maximize customer relationships – experience parlaying perfectly into servicing real estate clients. Buyers and sellers will benefit from the strong contract negotiation skills she brings to the table. LaRae's strategic mindset allows her to position properties effectively. Her building and design knowledge helps buyers envision possibilities and sellers present their homes at their very best.
