Emma Needles was born and raised on Marco Island, Florida during its transformative years, giving her a firsthand appreciation for the area’s growth, community, and coastal lifestyle. She attended University of Central Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and was actively involved in the university’s Real Estate Society and Sales Club.

During college, Emma obtained her real estate license, and following graduation, returned home to join her father, aunt, and grandfather in the family real estate business which is known as The Needles Group. As a fourth-generation Realtor and Marco Island native, she combines generational expertise with a deep understanding of the local market.

Emma brings together her academic background and hands-on experience in marketing and client relations to provide a seamless, personalized experience for every client. She is committed to helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals with confidence.

Outside of real estate, Emma enjoys spending time with family and friendes, going to the beach, traveling, fitness, and being with her pets.
