Betty Rios is a professional who joined John R. Wood Properties with deep and global experience in marketing and finance. Her talents in that field, along with great listening and critical thinking skills, make her a gem in real estate negotiations. Her goal is to make each transaction as easy as possible for both sellers and homebuyers.

Prior to joining John R. Wood Properties, Betty served as Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Channel Control Merchants, with a proven history in sales, marketing, and business development.

Born in California, Betty grew up between California and Puerto Rico. She has lived in several states and moved to Florida in 1995. Having moved several times she understands what it is to relocate, sell your home or purchase a second home. Betty can guide you through the process.

Betty earned a Master of Business Administration in International Management and Finance from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida in Marketing and International Business.

In her spare time, Betty is an avid traveler, keeps up with global affairs and enjoys the spectacular weather, golf, and World-Famous Naples beaches. She volunteers and supports local nonprofit organizations, including Grace Place for Children and Families and the United Way of Collier County.
