Beth Sweet moved to Southwest Florida seeking warmth and sunshine. She left the cold winters of upstate New York and traded snow for sand back in 1992. Growing up in the marina business on Lake Champlain, she has always had a love of coastal living, first living in South Fort Myers and on Sanibel, before settling in St James City in 1997. In her "spare" time Beth enjoys traveling to see live music with her significant other Charles and their adventure cat Rudy, in their RV. She also enjoys boating and baking (consider yourself lucky if you've had one of her cheesecakes). She began her real estate career in 2000 and for the last 22 years Beth has learned the Island's market inside and out.
