Betsy Kimrey brings a unique blend of coastal expertise, environmental knowledge, and design-savvy to her role as a trusted real estate advisor on Sanibel and Captiva Islands. A longtime visitor to Southwest Florida since the 1970s, Betsy grew up on the Jersey Shore and has always felt a deep connection to life by the water.

With a degree in Environmental Sciences from Rollins College and a masters work in Conservation Ecology & Sustainable Development from The University of Georgia, Betsy offers her clients a thoughtful perspective on Florida’s sensitive coastal landscapes and responsible homeownership.

Her background spans nonprofit work in lobbying, advocacy, fundraising, and event planning, including a leadership role at Maryland Therapeutic Riding in Annapolis. She later combined her love for design and real estate as co-owner of Bay to Gulf Interiors LLC, a Sanibel-based staging and interiors company that helps homeowners elevate their spaces with coastal charm and style. Betsy has exclusive access to the Naples Design Center and trusted relationships with both local and national vendors—ensuring each home is presented at its very best.

A licensed Realtor for over a decade and a former Rookie of the Year with a brokerage in Maryland, Betsy is known for her keen eye for detail, creative staging, and concierge-level service. From inspections and remodeling advice to flawless staging and skilled negotiation, she anticipates her clients' needs and works tirelessly to exceed expectations.
