Cecilia graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) and is currently pursuing her MBA with a concentration in Data Analytics. This academic path strengthens her ability to interpret market trends, evaluate investment opportunities, and apply data-driven insights to better serve her clients.

Before becoming a real estate agent, Cecilia built a strong foundation in commercial property management and later advanced into a leadership role for one of Southwest Florida’s top-performing real estate brokerages. That experience gave her an in-depth understanding of how successful transactions run—from marketing and negotiations to contracts and client relationships—and how the right systems create smooth, stress-free experiences.

When she’s not working with clients, Cecilia can often be found at The Crow’s Nest at Tween Waters Resort on Captiva, connecting with locals and visitors who share her love for island life. She is also an active member of the Sanibel-Captiva Rotary Club, where she is passionate about giving back to the community through service and scholarship initiatives.
