Chris Porter is a highly experienced Broker Associate who brings a lifelong passion for real estate to every client she serves. Even though a college degree is not a real estate license requirement, Chris highly values education and stays current on all relevant topics. She graduated from California Lutheran University. She majored in Psychology/Sociology, which has helped her to fully understand the needs of her clients, both spoken and unspoken. Chris launched her career as a full-time Realtor immediately after college and has worked through all the different real estate cycles and has always maintained a top level of production. She can't imagine doing anything else.

Originally from Southern California, Chris relocated to Southwest Florida in 1994 and has been helping buyers and sellers navigate the market ever since. Chris is married to another Chris. Chris is a Battalion Chief at the Fort Myers Fire Department. Together they love everything boating related. Fishing, wakeboarding, and snorkeling are some of their favorite hobbies. Chris is an avid boater that can help educate you on all the different waterfront options the area provides.

Chris is dedicated to her community. She is a past president of the Cape Coral Charter School Foundation. She was the Royal Palm Coast Broker of the Year in 2021 and is active with the REALTOR® Association serving on the Professional Standards Committee as well as the being the President of the Crisis Foundation. Chris remains committed to supporting local families and schools and stops to rescue every stray animal she sees along the way!

Outside of real estate, Chris has two children, a son and a daughter who were both born and raised in Florida. Chris also has two dogs, a cat and a saltwater fish tank to keep her busy when she is not working.
