Christy Baldi Knight is a Southwest Florida native with deep local roots dating back to the 1960s, when her Omi first discovered the natural beauty of the region. Raised in Siesta Isles near Fort Myers Beach, Christy grew up immersed in the island and waterfront lifestyle. Her father, Capt. Bob Baldi, was a well-known scuba instructor and legendary grouper fisherman, further shaping her lifelong connection to the water and coastal living.
Christy began her real estate career in 2003 with The Prince Group, where she quickly distinguished herself as a top producer in 2004 and 2005. During her early career, she gained extensive experience in builder site sales, property management, residential resale, and working with buyers and investors—including foreclosures and short sales. With more than two decades of experience, she has developed a reputation for market expertise, strategic negotiation, and trusted guidance.
Today, Christy is proud to be part of The Pine Island Team with John R. Wood Christie's International Real Estate, partnering with Pine Island expert Mike Faulkner. Together, they consistently rank among the top-selling teams on Pine Island, including St. James City and Bokeelia.
