As a processor, title closer and later marketing director for a Southwest Florida title company, she saw firsthand how transactions come together, and where they fall apart. That experience has shaped her approach for the 25 years since she began selling real estate full-time in 2001. Today, clients rely on Danielle for the sales that need a steady hand: estates, condo association questions, post-storm properties and deals with complicated timelines. She anticipates problems before they reach the closing table and has the contacts to solve them when they do. A Florida resident since 1987, Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Florida Gulf Coast University. She is a licensed Florida real estate broker and a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI). RealTrends ranks her among the top 1.5% of real estate agents nationwide for 2025.
