Danielle Smith has been a trusted real estate advisor in Southwest Florida since 2003, beginning her career immediately after graduating from the University of Florida. With more than two decades of experience, she brings market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a keen eye for quality and value to every transaction.

Danielle has played an integral role in the sale of more than 50 luxury spec homes throughout the highly sought-after waterfront, Park Shore-Moorings neighborhood.  She works closely with builders, developers, designers and discerning buyers. Her extensive background allows her to guide clients seamlessly from lot selection through final finishes.
