Dave Jeronimus entered the Southwest Florida real estate business in 1982.  Over the years, his career has covered many areas of the industry including developer site sales & management, general real estate sales & management, land planning, construction, marketing, property management and rentals.

He was part of development teams that would go on to build thirteen communities in Bonita Bay and Pelican Marsh.  But he is best known for his three decades of building successful general real estate offices in the Bonita Springs/Estero marketplace.

Dave also has a reputation as a team builder.  For years, he has helped agents come together and reach higher levels of production through target marketing and specialized programs.  When it comes to his office, Dave's business philosophy has always been to create the best place for the best people to work.
