David Nicely

David Nicely moved to Southwest Florida shortly after graduating with a B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He has lived in the Fort Myers area since 1982 and has been in sales for most of his adult life.

David’s first job right out of college was in the automotive industry as a salesman then finance manager for Freeland Motors. He transitioned into a successful career as Marketing Director at Sun Harvest Citrus for 22 years.

David’s first job right out of college was in the automotive industry as a salesman then finance manager for Freeland Motors. He transitioned into a successful career as Marketing Director at Sun Harvest Citrus for 22 years.

David always wanted to own his own business and in 2017, he became the proud owner of the Pillar to Post Home Inspection Franchise in the Estero/Bonita Springs area. As a home inspector, David has worked in many communities in Southwest Florida. As a Floridian for 41 years, he has witnessed the growth in Southwest Florida and its history. David’s past work experience and many years as a Floridian makes the career as a REALTOR® a natural transition. Clients are amazed at how much he knows about the different communities and about Southwest Florida.

When time permits, David and his wife, Annie, enjoy boating, golf, pickleball, and working out. They work well as a team in all aspects of their lives and enjoy taking short staycations whenever work permits! It’s always an adventure with the Nicelys.
