After more than 40 years in the real estate industry, Doug still wakes up in the morning excited about what the day will bring. Every day has something different in store, meeting clients that become new friends, finding the ideal home to fit their lifestyle, or creating a comprehensive marketing plan for a new listing. Real Estate is one of the few professions in which an agent can actively engage a pastime they love and call it work.
Doug has been involved in all aspects of real estate from commercial/investment, and development to designing and building golf courses. Since 2009, he has focused on the luxury home market with an emphasis on delivering exceptional concierge service to our clients.
His experience in the commercial investment market has been instrumental in the analysis of both local and national market trends. This is extremely helpful to both buyers and sellers in understanding where the market was heading, thus creating a comfort level regarding pricing for both sides of the transaction.
In addition to the pleasure of assisting clients, he has had the opportunity to build and mentor a team of professionals by working with them in their professional careers to reach and exceed their goals. This has led to not only building a team in Florida but also a great team in North Carolina and Colorado.
