With over three decades of sales experience in competitive markets, Fran Perpich-Hedtke brings her unwavering integrity and professionalism to the real estate industry in Southwest Florida (SWFL). Fran knows that purchasing a home is one of life’s most significant financial decisions, so she prioritizes building trusting relationships and guiding her clients through every step of the process with compassion, expertise, and attention to detail. Fran enjoys working with clients at all price ranges. She recently specialized in selling luxury properties in a high-rise development on Fort Myers Beach.

Raised in Northern Minnesota as the eldest of seven children and a hockey-coach father, Fran learned early the importance of having a competitive spirit, sharp negotiation skills, and strong Midwestern values. After graduating from the University of Minnesota, Fran embarked on a distinguished career in advertising, public relations, and TV and radio sales and management. Her professional journey led her from Minneapolis to Washington D.C. before she settled in SWFL, which she has proudly called home for the past eight years.

When she isn’t helping her clients, Fran loves to spend time with her two daughters, family and friends, and enjoys traveling and exploring SWFL.
