Frank Dittschar is originally from Duesseldorf, Germany. He fell in love with Southwest Florida and its unique lifestyle during numerous vacations to the area. Eventually, he moved here with his wife and their three young daughters. 

In Germany, Frank was an attorney for more than 20 years. He holds a doctorate degree in law from the University of Cologne. Before moving to Southwest Florida, he was a partner at the country's largest law firm for construction and real estate law.
