Gail Flagel, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), is a caring professional with decades of real estate experience. She prides herself on providing the best standard of care. As an industry leader and as the past President of the National Certified Residential Council CRS President, many have benefited from her vision and expertise.

Gail has proven to be an advocate for her customers and clients, guiding them through the process of selling and purchasing the property they love. Using her training and experience in selling new and existing residential homes, she provides objective information, negotiation knowledge, and marketing and technology skills.

With Wisconsin and Iowa roots and a mother of four grown daughters and 13 grand and great-grandchildren, she and her husband Duane have enjoyed being in Beautiful Naples, Florida for over 20 years. Gail likes to say that every year is an "interesting and amazing time in real estate!"
