Gary A. Mills is the Managing Broker of the Bonita Springs Office with John R. Wood Properties Christie's International Real Estate, bringing nearly four decades of experience across residential sales, real estate leadership, brokerage operations, coaching, and education.

Gary's leadership journey with John R. Wood Properties began in 2021, when he served as Administrative Broker and Assistant Manager based in the Central Office. In 2022, he was promoted to support seven offices throughout Lee County, working closely with agents and leadership to strengthen operations, elevate professionalism, and support agent growth. He now leads the Bonita Springs Office as Managing Broker, continuing his commitment to service-driven leadership and agent success.

Gary's focus is centered on helping agents build strong, sustainable, and client-centered real estate businesses. He works closely with agents through hands-on coaching, mentorship, recruiting, onboarding, business planning, and daily support—serving as a trusted advisor and accessible leader.

Known for his calm, approachable leadership style, Gary believes effective brokerage leadership starts with listening. He helps agents strengthen systems, improve client communication, elevate their value proposition, and navigate today's market with clarity and confidence. His leadership philosophy is rooted in service, relationships, consistency, and long-term growth.

Gary is a licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor and, while not currently teaching with local real estate schools, remains deeply committed to education and professional development within the brokerage. He has completed the Ninja Selling Installation multiple times and has facilitated Ninja Skills Groups for agents, incorporating Ninja principles focused on service, mindset, and a disciplined client relationship system into his leadership and coaching approach.

Before relocating to Southwest Florida in 2001, Gary was a licensed real estate broker in New York City, specializing in co-ops, condos, and townhomes on Manhattan's Upper West Side. He also served as Marketing Director for CB Hunt Kennedy in NYC—experience that continues to influence how he advises agents on branding, positioning, and client engagement.

Today, Gary's mission is to lead with integrity, support agents at every stage of their careers, and foster a collaborative, high-performance office culture rooted in professionalism and service.
