A multi-disciplined entrepreneur, executive, educator, and advisor, George has built his career around understanding markets, identifying opportunities, negotiating effectively, and helping clients make well-informed decisions involving significant financial assets. George’s approach to real estate is consultative rather than transactional. Every engagement begins with understanding the client's goals. From there, he develops a strategy designed around their priorities—whether positioning a property for sale, evaluating a potential acquisition, analyzing market conditions, negotiating terms, or managing the complexities of a transaction from beginning to closing. Outside of his professional life, George has a lifelong passion for athletics, fitness, and the outdoors. Over the years, he has participated in a wide range of sports, physical fitness training, and racing, but he especially enjoys the challenge, adventure, and solitude of mountain biking—a pursuit that has taken him to many unique destinations.  George’s philosophy is simple: deliver an extraordinary level of service, negotiate from a position of strength, and serve as a dedicated advocate who protects his clients’ best interests every step of the way.
