Prior to real estate, Jim was a partner in freestanding Medical Imaging facilities, where he began investing and developing medical and professional office buildings. Eventually establishing a development company based in Saratoga Springs, New York that expanded into residential development and construction, industrial development, retail, and office space. Jim opened the first shared work office environment called the Hub in Saratoga Springs, New York.
