Born and raised in West Bend, Wisconsin, Jamie learned early on the importance of respect, perseverance, and upholding high standards—values that have remained central throughout his life and career.

Jamie’s professional journey began with a passion for interior design and retail development, building a successful business, leading a team of over 75 employees. As his career evolved, Jamie expanded his focus to luxury home building and remodeling in Scottsdale, Arizona. During this time, he became a licensed General Contractor and launched a successful custom home-building company. Jamie’s deep understanding of construction and design naturally led him to real estate, where he quickly established himself in Arizona’s luxury market, earning awards and recognition for exceptional client service.

In 2022, soon after Hurricane Ian, Jamie relocated to Fort Myers Beach, Florida. Driven by a commitment to community restoration, he worked extensively as a project manager with a large construction company, helping to rebuild homes and condominiums across the area. This hands-on experience in restoration inspired him to continue his real estate journey in Florida, obtaining his Florida real estate license in 2024 and partnering with Catie Culp, to launch Leo & Tweed Group at John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate.

Jamie’s strengths lie in his unique combination of market insight, design expertise, and deep construction knowledge. He provides clients with a comprehensive perspective, offering them not only guidance in finding their ideal property but also a vision for potential future enhancements that align with their dreams.
