Jennifer A. Smyth is a seasoned relationship manager. The hallmark of her professional experience is 30+ years dedicated to caring for her clients' needs and working for their best interests. Originally from Chicago, Jennifer is a consummate Midwesterner, negotiating and doing business with large Fortune 500 companies throughout the region- with special regional interests in Minnesota, Missouri, Michigan, Tennessee, Ohio as well as Illinois. Jennifer began her career buying advertising at Leo Burnett. Jennifer & her husband and real estate partner, Wayne Taylor embraced Florida homeownership in their early 30s when they purchased their first property in SWFL in 1996. They have loved the lifestyle- not to mention the weather ever since. Together and in groups, they enjoy golf, tennis, bocce and many of the area's local attractions. The couple have been active members of Shadow Wood Country Club and the Commons Club at the Brooks since 2002. Jennifer is currently serving on the Commons Club's Board of Directors, as well as both the Sports and Membership committees at Shadow Wood.
