Joe Carfora, a dynamic real estate professional, brings a wealth of experience and a diverse background to the industry. Originally from the Chicago-land area, Joe earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. He currently divides his time between the sunny shores of Naples, Florida, and the vibrant city of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Since 2012, Joe has been actively involved in personal investment properties across multiple states, including Arizona, Ohio, Florida, and South Carolina. His extensive experience in real estate is complemented by over 20 years in the cardiac rhythm management medical device industry and 12 years in the automotive OEM sector, providing him with a unique perspective on business and investment.

In 2014, Joe founded Novation Property Management with his wife, Rada, who is a broker associate in Ohio and Florida. Additionally, they founded a real estate marketing company, Alert5Media in 2018 that works on a national level between the commercial, residential and luxury real estate industries, and a Naples-based rental management company.  Joe combines his passion for real estate with a commitment to highly creative marketing skills. His dedication to helping clients achieve their real estate goals has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor in the field.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Joe has been deeply involved with Buddy Up Tennis in Dayton, Ohio, from 2016 to 2023, showcasing his commitment to community engagement and support. In his spare time, he enjoys flying as a licensed Part 107 Drone Pilot, and is a student pilot, reflecting his adventurous spirit and love for exploration. Joe also has a passion for international travel, constantly seeking new experiences and cultures, photography and videography.
