Growing up in a rural farm town in Ohio, Jon learned early the value of hard work and honesty. Running a family-owned business alongside his father for over 32 years, he put these values to use daily, and through them earned a loyal customer base. After achieving his dream of moving to Florida full-time in 2021, Jon is excited help his clients achieve their dream of owning a sunny home too.

After many years of buying and selling homes and apartments in Ohio, Jon has extensive experience negotiating deals and working with buyers. Jon promises to his new customers that same level of devotion and trust that made his business one that brought in customers from states away.

On a personal note, Jon is an avid golfer and football enthusiast. He has been a member of the Masonic Lodge for 27 years, and in 2019 he was inducted into his high school’s athletic hall of fame. Jon has a great love for his family; he has been happily married to his wife Stephani for 25 years and he has 3 children and 1 grandson who all love to visit the Florida beach house. As an avid golfer, Jon looks forward to working with properties in golf course communities. As a regular beachgoer, bike-rider, and Naples-lover, he looks forward to helping all who are looking to buy or sell homes in this beautiful area.
