Julie enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and truly loves the interaction with her customers, who often become lasting friends after the transaction closes. Her experience, integrity, and attention to detail continue to expand her business with rewarding personal referrals.
A part of the Southwest Florida community for over 25 years, Julie first fell in love with the area while vacationing and when given the choice of anywhere to live, she and her husband settled on the tiny island of Matlacha just north of Sanibel. Real estate, home renovation and design were her part-time passions throughout her past corporate life and she's thrilled to be able to create a successful career in real estate in this sunny paradise.
Julie was born in Indiana and has lived all over the country and in Europe. She comes from a diverse educational and career background, with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and having managed automotive facilities for General Motors from Indiana to Malaga, Spain and Food Catering and Retail kitchens for Lufthansa (LSG Sky Chefs) from coast to coast here in the United States. Nearly three decades of a very successful corporate career gives Julie the edge when negotiating the right price both buying and selling homes.
