Ken Tedesco brings nearly four decades of leadership, operational excellence, and relationship-building experience to his real estate career. After relocating to Naples, Florida from Phoenix, Arizona, Ken joined the esteemed team at John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate following a distinguished 37-year career with Intel Corporation. Throughout his tenure at Intel, Ken held key leadership roles in Environmental Health & Safety, Manufacturing Management, Program Management, and Operations Management. He successfully managed budgets exceeding $300 million within Intel’s Software Division and earned a reputation for building strong, trusting relationships at every level of the organization. His commitment to integrity, honesty, communication, and teamwork consistently drove successful outcomes and fostered collaborative, high-performing teams.

A proud military veteran who served during the Persian Gulf Crisis, Ken is also a graduate of Arizona State University. Outside of real estate, he enjoys traveling, hiking, boating, cooking—especially Italian cuisine—and spending time on Naples’ beautiful beaches. A lifelong sports enthusiast, Ken grew up on Long Island and remains a devoted fan of the New York Giants and New York Mets.
