After many rewarding years helping clients buy and sell real estate in the Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota area, Kerry is bringing her experience, expertise, and client-first approach to the Southwest Florida market. Real estate has been a lifelong passion for Kerry. She earned her first real estate license in 1978 from the University of New Haven and began her career in Connecticut, serving clients in her hometown of Orange, Woodbridge, and throughout the New Haven area. After relocating to Florida in 2013, Kerry returned to the profession she truly loves and built a successful real estate business in the Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota market. Since then, she has had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients successfully navigate the purchase and sale of homes and condominiums. Her dedication and accomplishments have been recognized throughout her career, including the Presidential Circle Award in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, as well as the Diamond Society Award in 2020 and 2021 with her previous broker. For Kerry, real estate is about much more than buying or selling a property. Her greatest goal is to make each transition as smooth, seamless, and stress-free as possible, while ensuring that her clients feel informed, confident, and well cared for every step of the way.
