Kim Ellis has been helping buyers and sellers navigate the Naples and Golden Gate Estates real estate market for more than three decades. A Naples, Florida resident since 1974 and licensed in real estate since 1991, Kim combines deep local knowledge with extensive professional experience to guide her clients through every step of the transaction with confidence.

A licensed broker since approximately 2000, Kim has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and results. She consistently closes between $10 million and $15 million in sales annually and has earned numerous production awards throughout her career, including Gold-level recognition. She is also a Hall of Fame member at John R. Wood Properties and was honored with the company's Above & Beyond Award in 2022.

Kim's commitment to the real estate profession extends well beyond her own business. She actively serves the industry and her community through leadership and committee work, including the Professional Standards Committee and Governmental Issues Committee with the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR®), as well as previous service on the NABOR® MLS Committee. She has also served as a board member for both the Golden Gate Estates Area Civic Association (GGEACA) and HOAGGE.

Because of her experience and knowledge of the area, Kim has been appointed to important local planning initiatives that help shape the future of eastern Collier County, including the East of 951 Horizon Study Committee (2023–2025) and the Golden Gate Estates Master Plan Re-Study Committee (2025–2027), appointed by the Collier County Commissioner for District 5.

Kim holds several professional designations that reflect her commitment to continuing education and exceptional client service, including ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute), e-PRO, RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), and RSPS (Resort & Second Property Specialist).

Known for her straightforward guidance, strong negotiation skills, and long-term relationships with her clients, Kim approaches every transaction with the same goal: to protect her clients' interests while helping them make confident, well-informed decisions.
