Kimberly Salay has worked in the real estate industry since 2002. Her experience ranges from working with developers on new residential projects and assisting homebuilders in home design to marketing and selling new homes. She specializes in waterfront properties, resort properties and golf communities.

Prior to real estate, Kimberly worked for a telecommunications company in Atlanta, Georgia and Greensboro, North Carolina for over 15 years. She specialized in national accounts and was responsible for sales, customer service and training and development. She attributes her customer-oriented approach, patience and listening skills to the time she had with this company.

Kimberly's tremendous drive, dynamic personality and knowledge of the market fuel her passion to unite clients with the home they are looking for. Since practicing real estate in Naples, Florida, she has expanded her reach to international clientele in places like France, Sweden, Germany and Canada.
